- Led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the group's central finance ERP.
- Designed and delivered an integration platform connecting six ERP systems, the finance platform, external authorities and sector partners: 6,000 to 7,000 messages a day, under 0.2% errors.
- Led adoption of EU Union Customs Code messaging and e-invoicing rules, coordinating business teams, messaging platforms and vendors.
Chief Information Officer (2014 to 2022)
- Set IT and ERP strategy across 12 companies and 8 business areas.
- Managed a €1.5M IT budget, 320 users and 18 offices, working closely with the CFO on reporting and data quality.
- Moved the group's business intelligence to Power BI.
Interim CEO (2019 to 2020)
- Led the executive transition and restructuring after a change of shareholders.
Board member (2009 to 2023)
- Strategy, governance and performance oversight for a logistics group with about €300M turnover.
